User Content Policy
Guidelines for what users can and cannot publish on PortfolioXAI portfolios.

Overview
PortfolioXAI allows users to create and publish portfolio websites under the www.portfolioxai.com domain. Because user portfolios are publicly accessible and hosted on our domain, all published content must comply with this Content Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
This policy exists to protect our users, our platform, and the integrity of our domain.PortfolioXAI reserves the right to remove, unpublish, or modify any portfolio that violates this policy — without prior notice.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on any portfolio published through PortfolioXAI:
Adult & Sexually Explicit Content
Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit text or images, or content intended to be sexually gratifying.
Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic.
Violence & Dangerous Content
Graphic violence, threats of harm, instructions for weapons or dangerous activities, or content glorifying self-harm.
Spam & Deceptive Content
Portfolios created primarily for SEO manipulation, link farming, phishing, malware distribution, or misleading impersonation of other individuals or organisations.
Copyright & Intellectual Property Violations
Content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights — including scraped or plagiarised text, images, or code without proper attribution or licence.
Illegal Content
Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities including but not limited to drug trafficking, gambling (where prohibited), piracy, or fraud.
Impersonation
Portfolios that impersonate another real person, company, or organisation with the intent to deceive visitors or recruiters.
Regulated Products & Services
Promotion of tobacco, firearms, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated products without appropriate licensing or in violation of applicable laws.
Enforcement
PortfolioXAI reserves the right to take any of the following actions if a portfolio is found to violate this Content Policy:
- Warning: The portfolio owner will be notified of the violation and given an opportunity to correct it.
- Content removal: Specific violating content (text, images, links) may be removed from the portfolio without notice.
- Portfolio unpublishing: The entire portfolio may be unpublished (taken offline) immediately.
- Account suspension: Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent account suspension and deletion of all associated portfolios.
Decisions are made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide advance notice or a detailed explanation before taking enforcement action, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected users.
Content Moderation
We employ a combination of automated and human review processes to monitor published portfolio content:
- AI-assisted screening: Portfolio text content may be analysed by AI moderation tools at publish time to detect prohibited material.
- Community reporting: Every published portfolio page includes a "Report Content" link that allows visitors to flag potentially violating content for human review.
- Manual review: Reported portfolios are reviewed by our team within 2 business days. Portfolios flagged by automated systems are queued for human review.
How to Report a Violation
Report a Portfolio
If you see a portfolio on PortfolioXAI that you believe violates this Content Policy, please report it using one of the following methods:
- Click the "Report this portfolio" link on the portfolio page (bottom-left corner)
- Email portfolioxai@gmail.com with subject "Content Policy Violation"
Please include the portfolio URL and a description of the violation. We will review all reports within 2 business days.
Relationship to Terms of Service
This Content Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By creating an account and publishing a portfolio on PortfolioXAI, you agree to comply with both this Content Policy and the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Content Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
